A portion of the proceeds from the Bay Street Hockey Tournament support UHN Foundation. Funds raised will be directed to the ACHD Program, at the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre.

The Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Program at the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre is one of the first and largest in the world, supporting patients aging out of pediatric care at Sick Kids. The transition to the ACHD Program marks the beginning of a life-long relationship between patients and the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre. Comprised of a multidisciplinary team, the program provides access to complete and comprehensive life-long care, ensuring individuals with ACHD have the opportunity to live life to its fullest.
